This website, techero.io, is operated by TECHERO LLC, a Delaware limited liability company at 1111B S Governors Ave #21885, Dover, DE 19904, USA. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean TECHERO LLC.
02What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and the email you send us. Our products have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them:

03What we collect
This website has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising, and it loads nothing from third parties: its fonts and images are served from techero.io itself.
- Technical data. When you load a page, our hosting provider receives what every web request carries: your IP address, your browser and device type (user agent), the page requested, the referring page and the time.
- Email. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if your email shows it, and whatever you include in the message.
04How we use it
- Technical data is used to deliver this website and to protect it against abuse and attacks.
- Email is used to read and answer your message and to keep a record of the conversation.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising or build profiles from it. Where the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website and in answering the people who write to us.
06How long we keep it
We do not keep server logs ourselves. Cloudflare keeps technical data only as long as it needs to deliver and secure the service, under its own retention rules. We keep email for as long as we need it to deal with your message and for our business records, and we delete it when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the EEA, the UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it.
To use any of these rights, write to support@techero.io. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
08Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
09Changes
If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
